Making Sausages in our butchery. We produce and sell sausages in over 20 flavours.

All our pork is 100% British

Traceability is vital to the consumer in todays food sector, that’s why at Spring Lane Farm Shop we aim to source our British meat either home produced or as local as possible and can guarantee our top quality beef, pork, lamb and chicken to provide a succulent, flavoursome meal for the whole family.

All our British meat is butchered in-house by one of our 3 butchers to provide the excellent quality cuts and joints found on sale in our counter.

 

Our counter is re-stocked with fresh cuts of meat daily

All our sausage is home made using real pork. We currently have 15 different sausage flavours and we are continuing to add flavours to our range. Unfortunately not all our sausage varieties are gluten free, however we can offer frozen gluten free sausages.

 

 

We hand make all our own burgers using our own minced beef for you to buy and put on the BBQ during those summer weekends. All we need now is the weather!

We take our best pork primals and cure them for 3 weeks to ensure maximum flavour for all our bacon and gammon cuts.

 

We offer 4 main cuts of bacon from our butchery counter:

  • Middle

  • Shortback

  • Smoked-Shortback

  • Streaky
