Butchery
Our traditional in-house butchery department at Spring Lane Farm is made up of four full time skilled butchers who share our pride in sourcing and preparing the highest quality British meat. Traceability is vital to us and to our customers, that’s why at Spring Lane Farm Shop, we strive to offer our finest meat, being either home-reared or sourced as local as possible to guarantee only the best beef, pork, lamb, and poultry on offer in our counter daily.
Homemade sausages, bacon, burgers, pies and speciality extras are just some of our hand-crafted products made fresh everyday on site for all to see. We are proud to host over 15 flavours of our own pork sausages; including gluten free sausages! We prepare all our marinated stir-fry’s and skewers by hand, as well as hand-pressing our home-reared minced beef to create homemade beef burgers. Our best pork primals are cured for a minimum of three weeks to ensure maximum flavour is infused in to all our bacon and gammon cuts.
We offer a bespoke butchery service so you can purchase the highest quality cuts of meat to your own requirements. We’re always happy to help, no matter the quantity or request.
