

Farm Shop Weekend Supervisor
Part time position available:
21 hours per week
8.30am–5.00pm every Friday
9.00am–5.00pm every Saturday
10.00am–3.30pm every Sunday

Experience and knowledge of working in a food retail environment preferred. Additional training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:
To oversee weekend operations of our farm shop shopfloor whilst leading, mentoring, motivating and working alongside our existing staff team. To support weekend Farm Shop Assistants, ensuring smooth operation is maintained and weekend tasks are completed on time, effectively and to a high standard.
General week-to-week responsibilities include monitoring stock rotation, ability to respond to customer queries, general problem solving, cash handling cash and liaising between employees and management.
Ability to delegate daily, weekly and monthly tasks including stock management, general cleaning and problem solving whilst expressing exceptional customer service. Applicants must be aged over 18 due to the sale and authorisation of alcohol.
Working as part of a team in a family-run farm shop business which has been selling home and locally produced food for over 62 years.

Additional training opportunities to complete Level 1, 2, 3 Food Hygiene, Emergency First Aid at Work, Fire Warden and Customer Service qualifications.
