Bakery Assistant

Part-time position available:

6 hours per week

Working 7.00am–1.00pm every Saturday

Experience and knowledge of working in a food retail environment preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

Wrapping bread, rolls, cakes & pastries etc ready for retail, filling shelves, monitoring stock rotation, serving and slicing bread for customers upon request, preparing filled rolls & sandwiches, general end of day cleaning, general good customer service, offering assistance and being helpful.

Working as part of a team in a family-run farm shop business which has been selling home and locally produced food for over 60 years.

A permanent job for a local hard-working person with a positive attitude, a friendly smile, and a great sense of humour!

 

Applicants must be aged 16+ due to essential use of age restricted machinery.
